Media Release

This short release explains how True Power Media uses the materials connected to your complimentary VIP reel.

1. Creating your reel

You authorize True Power Media to use, edit, and arrange the photos, videos, and audio you provide, or that were recorded with True Power Media (for example, at an event interview), to produce one vertical social media reel of approximately 15–30 seconds for your business.

2. Your materials

You confirm you own, or have permission to use, any materials you submit, including any people, music, logos, or locations that appear in them. True Power Media may decline material that is unsuitable or that it cannot verify permission to use.

3. Ownership & your use

You keep ownership of the materials you provide. Once delivered, you may use your finished reel to promote your business.

4. Promotional use is optional

True Power Media will only feature your reel or interview clips on its own social media, website, or promotional materials if you separately check the optional promotional permission box. Saying no never affects your complimentary services.

5. Storage & privacy

Uploaded files are stored privately and are only accessed by the True Power Media team to produce your reel.

6. Changing your mind

You can withdraw optional promotional permission at any time by contacting True Power Media. Content already published may take reasonable time to remove.

7. Additional production

The complimentary reel covers one finished video. Any additional production can be discussed separately and is never required.
